T&C for Members
- When signing up to become a member you agree to the following conditions which apply worldwide.
- Member are encouraged to communicate using the messaging facility on bet circle and we request that all communications must remain friendly and amicable , no threatening or abusive or harassing communications will be tolerated , and if a member is found to have violated this rule they will be suspended immediately . All members must act in a fair and honest way at all times to respect the integrity of everyone using bet circle.
- If members have any issues using the bet circle platform they must raise them with the admin team at bet circle immediately, and must not air or publish anything negative about bet circle without first following procedure of complaint.
- Bet Circle members agree to participate in future marketing & sales events held by Bet Circle without seeking payment for these activities.
- Monthly membership can be terminated on a rolling contract basis, at the end of each month.
- Yearly membership cannot be cancelled once purchased. Bet Circle reserve the right to charge the whole year fee to cover administration fees.
- Members must ensure when registering that they complete the registration form with complete accuracy and honesty.
- Members must note that bet circle is only a platform for selling of the bet slips and we do not guarantee returns , success or winnings . Members once they purchase bet slips must also do their own due diligence , to enhance the winning chances of the bet slips they purchase.
T&C for Bet Creators
- When signing up to become a bet creator you agree to the following conditions which apply worldwide.
- The Bet Creator will always ensure as a matter of principle that they achieve the highest win rate , so that they can benefit from the success of creating their bet slips , and ensuring their followers and members also win.
- When a Bet Creators slip wins the Bet Creator will receive 80% of the funds they have accumulated from the sale of their bet slips on the platform. 20% will be the platforms fee for administration & fees.
- If the Bet Creator slip loses then the Bet creator will only receive 20% of the funds accumulated from the sale of the their bet slips .
- Payments for winning bet slips will be paid within 5 working days from the date of the bet slip being completed.
- Payments for losing bet slips will be paid within 7 working days from the date of the bet slip being completed.
- Bet Creators will ensure that their bet slips are only sold on Bet Circle platform and no other social media sites or third party sites , if their slips are advertised on other platforms then bet circle reserves the right to terminate the bet slip or the bet creator without any further notice.
- Bet Creators are encouraged to communicate using the messaging facility on bet circle and we request that all communications must remain friendly and amicable , no threatening or abusive or harassing communications will be tolerated , and if the bet creator is found to have violated this rule they will be suspended immediately . This rule also applies to communication with other bet creators. No collusion or grouping together with other bet creators is allowed. All bet creators must act in a fair and honest way at all times to respect the integrity of their followers and bet circle members.
- If Bet creators have any issues using the bet circle platform they must raise them with the admin team at bet circle immediately, and must not air or publish anything negative about bet circle without first following procedure of complaint.
- Bet Creators agree to participate in future marketing & sales events held by Bet Circle without seeking payment for these activities.
- Bet Creators will every month be allowed to participate in bet circle prize draws.
- Only Bet creators with a Halo score above 60% will be published on the bet circle platform, therefore it is important to make sure that bet creators always publish bet slips that have a higher chance of winning.
- Bet Creators can create as many slips as they wish , but we stress that the winning ratio must always be above 60% in order for bet creators to appear on our platform.
- Bet Creators Payments will be paid directly onto the card details / bank details they have provided Bet Circle on registration.
- Bet Creators can be asked to provide evidence of winning bet slips if requested by bet circle at any time.
- Bet Creators are allowed to use external prediction tools to enhance the winning chances of the bet slips they create on the bet circle platform.
